St. Paul’s Annual Yard Sale

Saturday June 2, 2018 ~ 8:00A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Rain Date: Saturday June 9, 2018

35 OUTDOOR SPACES AVAILABLE – Only $20 ($25 after 5-20) each

(BRING YOUR OWN TABLES) 

Location: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 16457 Old Frederick Road, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 (approximately one mile west of the traffic circle at the intersection of Old Frederick Road and MD Route 94 – Lisbon Shopping Center). Each space is $20 ($25 after 5-20) (nonrefundable). Reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis, Checks and forms must be completed and received in a timely manner to hold space.  Reserve your space early.
Vendors are expected to park one vehicle IN their space – NOT in our field, which is needed for shoppers.  St. Paul’s will be advertising in local newspapers & on-line prior to the date to attract shoppers.

• Setup may begin no earlier than 6:30 A.M. and everyone is expected to be in place by 7:30 A.M. on the date of the yard sale. Vendors will be directed to their assigned space upon arrival.

• St. Paul’s will be offering hot and cold food, drinks, and baked goods throughout the event.
  No food may be sold by vendors. 

• Bring your own table.  Vendors are expected to clean their own area of trash. Please leave your space as you have found it.

• If you are unable to participate, please call Lynda at 410-489-4411 ASAP. We will have a waiting list after we reach 35 vendors. For directions on the day of the sale, please call 443-277-8326.

This is a fundraiser for St. Paul’s. Any additional donation to St. Paul’s would be greatly appreciated.
